Heating instructions for pre-cooked ostrich fillet and steak
Ideally, defrost the ostrich steaks in the refrigerator for 8 hours; not in the microwave. Rub the steaks with olive oil. Place in an ovenproof dish in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes. For a juicy steak, ensure to not overcook the meat. Serve immediately.
